INEM – future oriented new strategy

This process was started in December, when the actual Board Member Meeting of INEM took place in Győr, north-western part of Hungary. The main topic of the two-day workshop was strategy-building for the new era. The past and recent activities, the existing competencies and values were analysed. Board members started to reveal new strategic and operational opportunities. While sticking to proven values INEM will expand its scope to further topics in the field of responsible entrepreneurship. This strategy-building process will continue with formal involvement of all members. In parallel with existing and new members INEM will build up new competencies. At the end of this renovation process INEM will be a modern and innovative organization.

With its ethical and sustainable values it will contribute to the common goal of the 21^st century: make this world a better place while doing successful business.
