Expert Meeting on HR Management strategies: How to deal with an ageing workforce - 28, March 2013
In the framework of the project “the business contribution to active ageing” co-lead by GDF Suez, Intel and AGE Platform Europe, an analysis of the challenges and opportunities associated with age management was undertaken. The age management model and related business tendencies and best practices that resulted from the study are being put together in a publication to be published in April and made available at our General Assembly on 18 April. Key experts from businesses (e.g France Telecom Orange, IBM, Accenture), organisations (e.g AGE Platform Europe, Eurofound) and governmental bodies (e.g. ESF Age Network, the European Commission) came together to share insights and provide feedback on the content.
